Steuben County’s newest airport terminal was dedicated in late 2012. It provides students, instructors, pilots, crew and passengers with all the amenities of home.

For the transient pilot we offer a flight planning room, shower and a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cold drinks and snacks. In addition, pilots will find a comforting quiet lounge upstairs with recliners, television, restrooms and a shower. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire facility.

A 9,000-square-foot heated hangar with a 90-foot by 26-foot high door is attached to the main terminal building.  A large conference room is available to conduct meetings on-site. There is even a classroom with 30 seats for instruction. We offer 24 hour self-serve for both 100LL and Jet A+ along with full service fueling during normal business hours.

At the Tri-State Steuben County Airport, you’ll find two large outlying hangars. One is a large community hangar and the other can be used as a maintenance hangar. Either one can be leased short or long-term. We have 42 private T-hangars that house general aviation planes of different sizes. There are usually several of them available for long-term lease or purchase.
